Today in between pricing out vacations for clients, I enjoying climbing all over a roof and through attic space as I shadow a home inspector. No I'm not learning the trade, but rather prepping for the next phase of business. My lovely bride and I are investing in properties to lease out. Yes, we will become landlords soon as we expand revenue streams and diversify our investment portfolio. Phase II of a life-changing master plan is kicking in.
