PUMPKIN BEIGNETS from DISNEYLAND
I made these wonderful pumpkin beignets today from this recipe that I featured a few weeks back from Disneyland ... so yummy! The entire family raved about them, and can't wait to eat the rest tomorrow morning with breakfast. I would highly recommend these as a nice treat. We enjoyed them with fried potatoes and quiche tonight, but they would be great by themselves with coffee or tea, or with another meal of your choice.
